Martin is a multi-award-winning adviser with over 20 years of experience supporting retirees through Millennials’ plan for their financial goals.

As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Martin kicked off her career back in 2001. Since then she has developed a unique model designed to scale and grow through financial planning business profitability.

She is the founder of The Savings Squad podcast – a high-performance coaching program supporting members to grow their financial planning business without the need to work harder.

She is also the founder of “My Money Buddy” online money program, which helps hundreds of members to achieve their financial goals.

She has won both the Independent Financial Adviser Excellence Award and the XY Adviser Brains Trust Award and is a trusted authority on money who is regularly featured across leading Australian media outlets.

Currently, she coaches advisers on a global scale including the training of 200,000 Japanese advisers.

At the Advisor Innovation Summit, Martin will examine how organisations can embrace a dual approach to advice by mixing technology and collaboration to enhance client experience and drive business growth.
