Fintech company Moneysoft has re-launched its client engagement and financial wellbeing platform off the back of feedback from financial advisers.
Over the past 12 months, Moneysoft has conducted research and collated feedback from users, including in its B2B channel, saying the process of being open to constructive criticism is in the company’s DNA.
“We encourage our users to tell us the features they’d like to see next, so that we can focus on making improvements that deliver the biggest impact to their businesses,” said Moneysoft founder Peter Malekas.
“The improved design includes some completely new features which enhance the client service provided by professionals such as financial advisers and mortgage brokers. This functionality will lead to stronger engagement, cementing the value of advice and helping clients make lasting changes to their financial behaviour.”
The platform will feature what the company says is a “faster, smoother” onboarding process for financial advisers and mortgage brokers as well as improved reporting functionality so they can better keep track of clients.
Consumers will benefit from a new dashboard reporting feature providing a snapshot of their overall financial position.
