The theme of the Business Strategy Days series for 2020 is ‘Into Action’, with an agenda designed specifically to help advisers drive productivity and profitability in their businesses.

Attendees will hear from a range of speakers at the forefront of innovation in today’s advice market, including Fox & Hare’s Jessica Brady and Glen Hare, thought leader and change management expert Cathy Dimarchos and Nucleus Wealth’s Timothy Fuller.

Themes to be covered on the day will include meeting the expectations of younger clients, putting behavioural economics to work in your practice, adopting a ‘hybrid approach’ when it comes to integrating robo-advice in your business, and the value of empathy in change leadership within your firm.

Now in its fifth year, ifa’s Business Strategy Day is Australia’s leading professional development day for independently minded and self-licensed advice practices, to help future-proof their businesses with practical and informative content.

Hi Scott, these events concluded in early March before the crisis worsened. We have now postponed all adviser events until the new financial year.
