The ceremony allowed members of the financial services industry to celebrate the achievements of colleagues and network with leaders and peers across a diverse range of sectors within the Australian economy.

Suncorp Consumer Insurance walked away as the worthy recipient of the coveted AI Innovator – Wealth Management award.

Winning one of Momentum Media’s Australian AI Awards signifies the unwavering determination and commitment of individuals, teams, and businesses playing a pivotal role in propelling the AI industry forward.

The judging criteria for the award categories are quantitative and qualitative, acknowledging growth, business development, diversity, leadership, innovation, business excellence, and contribution to developing Australia’s AI toolkit.

To decide the winners, all finalists underwent a thorough audit process, checking demographic and other information against category eligibility criteria based on the information provided in the submission.

Professionals and organisations that took home trophies will gain national recognition for catapulting the industry forward, bolstering opportunities for career advancement.

“There’s no doubt that artificial intelligence and advanced machine learning will fundamentally transform the way we work,” Liam Garman, managing editor, real estate, professional services and security at Momentum Media said.

“I congratulate all of our winners tonight for their innovation and drive. You represent the best and brightest in Australian industry, and I raise a toast to your indefatigable efforts in advancing artificial intelligence.”
