Boutique financial services licensee and investment manager Walker Lane has announced Ripple Wealth as its newest member firm.

Ripple Wealth, a Sydney-based boutique firm that began operating in 2019, was born from a “desire to help people through all stages of life achieve the best financial outcomes for their needs and lifestyle goals,” according to its website.

With more than 13 years of experience in the financial planning industry, Ripple Wealth’s principal, Shaun Parton, said he has worked with some of Australia’s largest providers as well as small boutique practices.

In announcing the partnership, Walker Lane commended Mr Parton for his proven expertise across wealth generation, preservation and retirement planning including superannuation, investment management, and personal insurance.

Moreover, the firm said that Mr Parton offers his clients “unbiased and considered advice, developing strategies and plans designed to grow and preserve their wealth”.

Speaking on the decision to join Walker Lane, Mr Parton said: “I chose to join Walker Lane to be part of a smaller and more agile licensee that puts client’s needs first.”

“By having practicing advisers owning and running the AFSL, it helps to ensure that the client is always at the centre of all decisions, and assistance provided on the advice side is much more practical and sound,” he continued.

“Shaun is a quality adviser who does a fantastic job for his clients,” added Josh Cratchley, director of Walker Lane.

“Being able to partner with a young, high-quality business like Ripple Wealth as our newest member firm within Walker Lane, illustrates the appeal of working with a young and innovative licensee that was set up by financial advisers with their client’s best interests at heart,” Mr Cratchley concluded.
