Stronach joined Tribeca in 2020 after operational leadership roles at Urbis and KPMG, bringing experience in practice management, compliance systems and team development. Her elevation to partner follows what the firm describes as a period of significant operational strengthening.
CEO Ryan Watson said Stronach had played a central role in shaping the business during the past four years, particularly in developing the systems and processes that support its advice model.
“Natasha has been instrumental in creating the systems, processes and people-first culture that define Tribeca today,” Watson said.
He added that her “human-centred approach” and ability to balance innovation with the firm’s long-held values had been “invaluable” to its growth.
Watson said the timing of the appointment, coinciding with Tribeca’s 15-year milestone, had particular significance for the leadership team.
“Celebrating our 15th anniversary with Natasha joining the partnership feels fitting,” he said. “When we started in 2010, we were determined to be bold and challenge the status quo, but to do it by always leading with respect, empathy and honesty. Natasha embodies these principles.”
Stronach said joining the partnership reflected the collaborative culture she had experienced since arriving at the firm.
“Being part of Tribeca’s journey has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career,” she said.
Stronach added: “The Tribe’s commitment to our clients and to each other is what sets us apart. I’m honoured to step into this partnership role and help shape our next chapter.”
Her appointment adds to a partnership group that includes Brad Fox, Robert Devlin, Sean Birch, Matthew Rea and Peter Higgins. Tribeca said the expansion of the partnership is intended to support the firm’s next phase, with continued investment in people and operational capability seen as central to its model of financial wellbeing advice.
“Reaching 15 years in business is only possible with strong leadership,” Watson said.
“Having talented professionals like Natasha as Partner demonstrates that Tribeca remains a destination for top talent and reaffirms our belief that we’re in the ‘people business’.”
The firm said it will continue focusing on its purpose of “inspiring, educating and supporting families to live their Good Life” as it enters its next decade.
