Joseph Daley and Nick White have been appointed to the roles of general manager of pricing and head of clients and strategic management respectively.

TAL general manager of group insurance Jenny Oliver said the business was “delighted” with the appointments commenting that the pair will bring a “depth of talent and experience” to the team.

“Both appointees have enjoyed tremendous success in their respective areas, and we’re excited to bring that expertise to their new roles so we can continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for TAL’s partner superannuation funds and their members,” Ms Oliver said.

Mr Daley was previously general manager for value, profitability and pricing with TAL’s individual life arm, while Mr White joins the business from outside the company.

These appointments follow two internal movements, with Jenny Nguyen taking the reins as head of clients and market developments, and Cathy Collison named as head of Cbus.

mate this is just the COO trying to keep his job by reshuffling the decks and ensuring key talents don’t leave.

TAL’s money maker is retail not Group.
