Strategic wealth adviser joins Adviser Innovation Summit speaker line-up

John Cachia, founder and strategic wealth adviser at Thriving Wealth, will discuss how to optimise tech stacks to boost hyper-personalised advice at the Adviser Innovation Summit 2025.

ifa is pleased to announce Thriving Wealth founder and strategic wealth adviser John Cachia as a speaker for the upcoming summit.

The Adviser Innovation Summit has informed financial professionals on the latest trends shaping the sector for more than a decade, with this year’s summit expected to be the most revealing yet.

The jam-packed agenda has been developed in deep consultation with financial experts to offer attendees key insights across the political, technological and social forces affecting the sector.

The summit unites a stellar speaker line-up, including Pedro Marin Ramirez CFP, Marin Wealth managing director; Angela Shi, Empathetic AI founder and CEO; and Silvio Giorgio, data & AI executive.

In his session, Cachia will be joined by Charlie Viola of Viola Private Wealth and Ben Marshan of Marshan Consulting to discuss how advisers can provide hyper-personalised advice by leveraging big data for tailored solutions.

Attendees will learn how to build a coherent tech stack, balance the benefits of consolidation versus customisation, and identify common inefficiencies slowing down their workflow.

Drawing on his extensive industry experience, Cachia will strip back the layers and explore how advisers can optimise the essential functions that underpin business success.

Cachia is a multi-award winning financial adviser and the founder of Thriving Wealth, one of Australia’s leading financial advice firms.

He brings two decades of experience in financial services to the summit, with a strong track record of supporting high-earning Australian families build wealth and achieve financial freedom without sacrificing their lifestyle.
