Following feedback from advisers, AMP has announced the launch of new multi-client reporting capabilities on North Interactive.

Initially launched in June, the service is an interactive tool for advisers housed on the North platform designed to help advisers visualise their clients’ account and performance information, with the ability to integrate with Microsoft 365, allowing advisers to utilise their own branding for client presentations.

With this latest addition, advisers will now be able to utilise household consolidated reporting across multiple clients in the same report on North Interactive, helping advisers save time, particularly during client reviews.

These new capabilities will allow advisers to demonstrate a household view across clients, allowing them to gain a clear and comprehensive view of the clients’ financial state.

“This is particularly beneficial for clients involved in multiple entities such as companies, trusts, SMSFs, and individual accounts, as well as for couples and family groups, which constitute about one-third of all North clients,” AMP said.

According to the group, a total of 210,000 client review reports are produced each year on North, highlighting the time-saving potential of this latest addition to the platform.

Group executive, platforms Edwina Maloney said AMP is proud to deliver innovative solutions that make a “meaningful difference” to advisers and their clients.

“Advisers can now, for the first time, get access to a contemporary reporting solution that significantly reduces the administrative burden for them, meaning they can focus on delivering personalised and impactful advice to their clients,” Maloney said.

“The addition of consolidated reporting, in combination with our existing North Interactive functionality, means that North now has the leading reporting functionality and capability in-market.

“Alongside one of the strongest platform integrated record of advice capabilities and innovative features like North’s risk profiles, we’re helping more advisers with a contemporary solution that unlocks efficiencies and empowers more advisers to deliver exceptional customer reporting experience at review time.”

Speaking on their experience with North, Jesse Romeo, a financial adviser from Aspire Planning Group, said this latest addition will provide a considerable boost to adviser efficiency, particularly during the client review process.

“The North Interactive tool has significantly modernised our client presentations, allowing us to move beyond traditional printed reports to interactive, on-screen displays,” Romeo said.

“North Interactive has streamlined our workflow by compiling key information in a single, intuitive menu, reducing preparation and navigation time. Client feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing appreciation for the clarity and interactivity it provides.”
