Two advice software firms have teamed up to deliver a new integration hub that connects their respective fintech applications to enable advisers to deliver advice more efficiently.
The partnership between YTML and SuiteBox has YTML’s Seido Integration Hub connect directly with SuiteBox’s virtual meeting software, according to a statement.
The integration will allow advisers and their clients to meet, discuss and close business by combining face-to-face video meetings, document sharing and digital signing – all recorded, compliant and available for regulatory scrutiny.
SuiteBox chief executive Ian Dunbar said the partnership enables advice businesses addressing the digital transformation challenge to create additional value in their client relationships.
“Our solution provides a hassle-free virtual meeting space with specialist features designed for financial services businesses,” Mr Dunbar said.
YTML chief operating officer Piew Yap said it is delighted SuiteBox has joined them in recognising the importance of connectivity in advice.
“Seido provides a platform where advisers can use many different technology solutions, without having to re-enter information into each program. It’s an open API and will be the future of technology in advice,” Mr Yap said.
It is the second time the two software firms have teamed up, the first being in December 2016 when they worked on improving the collection and review of data and the scheduling of client meetings.
