My Dealer Services introduces suite of new offerings

The self-licensing specialist group has announced several new or enhanced service offerings for its adviser network as part of a strategic growth initiative.

In an effort to significantly grow its adviser network in 2025, My Dealer Services (MDS) has launched a new compliance portal in addition to forming multiple key technology partnerships, expanding its member service offerings.

As part of this round of enhancements, MDS has partnered with Claras, an Australian fintech company, to provide its network of more than 400 advisers with powerful artificial intelligence-driven software tools.

Through this partnership, MDS director and founder Alexander Euvrard explained that advisers will be able to utilise the technology to turn recorded client conversations into comprehensive file notes, saving considerable time and easing administrative burdens.

“Claras produces incredible file notes as well as summaries with compliance in mind within minutes. Gone are the days where you have to remember a long conversation with clients and make sure the compliance aspect is on point,” Euvrard said.

“The average time to produce a file note and email summary is five minutes, including time spent double checking it.”

MDS has announced a collaboration with Broker Support Global (BSG) to launch a new paraplanning and administrative service for its members and provide statement of advice (SOA) creation and compliance support utilising BSG’s global team of paraplanners and admin staff.

Furthermore, the group has launched the MDS Licensee Compliance Portal, providing its network of advisers with a secure dashboard to help them stay up to date with key compliance dates and requirements, and a live newsfeed of industry and regulatory updates.

Additionally, the portal will provide members with access to recorded webinars and articles, while also offering the ability to upload and store all compliance-related documents interportal.

Euvrard explained that MDS will continue to seek opportunities to expand the business in 2025, improving its service offerings for both new and existing members.

“Having scale means we can negotiate lower costs. Many of our members are part of a small team and they simply do not have the time or the resources to go through this process,” he said.

“Over the coming months, we will be launching additional services and reaching out to more advisers to share our core belief that self-licensing is nothing more than removing a layer to allow advisers and practices to run their business their way, with the client front and centre of everything they do.”

This round of enhancements follows the company’s appointment of Ashley Mahadeea in October as the new head of strategy in preparation for a “period of strong growth”.
