ifa is pleased to announce Ben Marshan, director of Marshan Consulting, as a speaker at the Adviser Innovation Summit 2025.

Marshan will be joined by John Cachia of Thriving Wealth, Charlie Viola of Viola Private Wealth, and Kerry Ong of Iress to deliver a session, titled “Hyperpersonalised advice: Leveraging big data for tailored solutions”.

It may be tempting for advisers to adopt the torrent of new technologies promising to streamline workflows and boost efficiency but they should avoid integrating more tools in the pursuit of simplicity.

This session is designed to guide advisers in how to optimise the first technologies in their technology-first practices to lay the foundations for a coherent tech stack.

Marshan and the other panellists will provide a roadmap to guide advisers in streamlining the essential functions driving their businesses’ success.

It will also debate the benefits of consolidation versus customisation in congested technology ecosystems and explore how to leverage big data for tailored solutions.

Marshan will then join other panellists in wrapping up the session with a foolproof strategy for ongoing technology optimisation that adapts to the attendees’ evolving needs.
