The Perth-based private wealth firm announced today that it has appointed Glen Mesch as head of advice, marking what Integro has called a “pivotal step” in the firm’s strategy to scale its national presence.

“The appointment comes as Integro responds to heightened demand from Australians seeking financial advice, led by the country’s largest ever intergenerational wealth transfer,” Integro said.

“Integro is focused on bolstering its advice capability to cement their position as a truly national private wealth manager.”

This appointment follows the promotion of Emma Ross to the adviser and operations manager role at Integro.

At the time, Integro also announced two internal promotions, with Bryn Evans stepping up as a partner to focus on the firm’s advice partners and mentor professional year associates, and Jameson Johnston becoming a provisional adviser, working alongside the managing director.

The firm said Mesch would lead a “major business development initiative” to expand Integro’s professional partner network across the east coast and regional communities. This includes a strategic partnership with accounting firm AH Jackson in Queensland, announced in February this year.

“This program will target strategic partnerships with boutique financial advice firms, insurance brokers, lending specialists and accounting practices, creating joint ventures and referral pathways that deliver scale, strengthen client outcomes and support Integro’s national growth strategy,” Integro managing partner Justin Gilmour said.

“This appointment marks a significant milestone in Integro’s journey. We have built strong foundations in Western Australia, Queensland and Victoria and are now turning our attention to developing a truly national presence, including in New South Wales.”

Mesch will also lead Integro’s adviser team, with the aim of developing new professionals at the company.

“Integro has earned a reputation for its client-first ethos and growth mindset,” Mesch said.

“I’m excited to support our advisers, build new partnerships and help extend Integro’s impact as we continue expanding across Australia.”

Before this appointment, Mesch held senior roles as head of Shadforth Financial Group and state manager for WA and SA at Perpetual Private.

“He brings more than two decades of experience leading advice teams and driving growth,” the firm added.

“He is recognised for building high-performing teams, nurturing referral networks and supporting advisers to achieve sustainable growth.”
