This year, the finalists for the ifa Excellence Awards are being revealed by category over the course of this week.
This new approach aims to showcase the outstanding achievements of our finalists in each hotly contested category.
Self-Licensed Firm of the Year
This award recognises the self-licensed advice firm that has most effectively driven business growth during 2019 utilising a range of business development principles and tactics. This year’s finalists were particularly strong in terms of adviser recruitment and retention and the success of individual advisers supporting the overall group’s growth and development.
