Powered by Amazon Quicksight, intelliflo’s dashboards are designed to provide advisers with tools to help them solve data quality and workflow management challenges.

According to the firm, these dashboards are part of a suite of more than 10 interfaces in development, with a “pipeline of updates driven by live feedback from advisers across its Australian operations”.

One of the new dashboards will allow practices to manage gaps in client data, consolidating information to identify where deficiencies exist, making it easier for advisers to fill in data gaps in practice records.

“With client retention and targeted growth vital for Australian practices, accurate data is essential to retain and secure ideal clients, create targeted communications, and ensure potential future issues are avoided,” intelliflo said.

Additionally, the company said its workflow dashboards are designed to allow practices to analyse the movement of work throughout their business and identify where low activity or bottlenecks may exist within their processes.

“Understanding where delays may occur enables a practice to deploy resources to streamline their workflow and accelerate the movement of a client through onboarding and servicing processes,” intelliflo said.

Product strategy lead at intelliflo Australia, Stephen Wirth, said the company is committed to developing solutions for advisers to help them refine their back office processes.

“As Australian financial advisers continue to navigate a challenging operating environment, we are focused on helping them continually improve their entire business, to drive efficiencies and improvement of the practice at every available opportunity,” Wirth said.

“Clarity on the health of a business’ data and a top-down view of workflow are vital to the sustainment and growth of an advice practice, and we are pleased to have these in market for customers, with more products in development to continue helping advisers run the most efficient and effective advice businesses.”

Intelliflo officially commenced its Australian operations in March 2023 with the addition of a Sydney-based office, following a trial period of its Australian-adapted version of its business management solution, intelliflo office, the year prior.
