The awards will champion dealer groups, advice networks, financial, risk, and SMSF advisers, regional advisers, paraplanners, practice principals, young advisers, industry thought leaders, innovators, and the rising stars of tomorrow.

They will also shine a light on advisers who have made a significant positive impact on their client’s financial wellbeing, as well as financial advice practices that have demonstrated outstanding leadership in achieving positive business outcomes for their practice and the industry.

At the end of the evening, the highest-scoring winner from the individual award categories will become the recipient of the coveted Excellence Award.

Winners will be announced at a black-tie gala awards ceremony on Wednesday, 6 December 2023 at the Four Seasons in Sydney. Click here to buy tickets.

The ifa Excellence Awards is the most anticipated awards program of the year in the financial advice industry and it identifies the top businesses and professionals who are propelling the financial services industry forward across Australia.

Over the past decade, the program has set the benchmark for excellence that other members of the financial advice industry could aspire to emulate.

Winning an ifa Excellence Award will be a desirable accolade for both individuals and businesses seeking to forge their role in the finance industry and pinpoint professional development and innovation.

The awards were open to all businesses operating in Australia supporting the industry, from the profession’s most senior ranks through to its rising stars, from start-ups to established and transformed businesses.

The awards could distinguish finalists and winners from their competitors while strengthening their position in the industry.

The awards are determined by a panel of well-respected judges, including academics, business executives, entrepreneurs, and innovators, and provide peer-reviewed recognition of the capabilities of players in the advice industry.

The black-tie gala ceremony offers the opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the best and brightest in the advice industry while networking with industry leaders and peers.
