The ifa Excellence Awards recognise the work done by Australia’s independent and non-institutional financial advisers, as well as their support staff and service providers, giving the industry a chance to celebrate the achievements of the community as a whole.

Some good advisers nominated and some that would not pass a basic test in business ethics
How the hell are these finalist decided???? I’ve worked with some of these “goal based” adviser finalists and I can only assume the criteria was that it was the advisers goals that were being achieved and not the clients. And one of those Best Client Servicing Company finalists wouldn’t know what client service is but I suppose it makes sense when you consider that Dover was a finalist in 2016 for Dealer Group of the Year.
I believe it is based on how well they can write an application stating how awesome they are.
