In a statement this week, Elders said Anna Van-Gasteren will take up the position of national practice development coach for the firm.
Elders general manager Tony Beaven said Ms Van-Gasteren and the new role will be key to helping the firm and its adviser network keep pace with changes occurring throughout the sector.
“Technological, regulatory and legislative changes demand that dealer groups need to continuously adapt and disrupt in order to keep pace with an ever-changing environment, and the appointment of Miss Van-Gasteren will help us achieve this,” Mr Beaven said.
“Anna has been a revelation to the business since starting and will enhance the current support structures in place across EFP with her extensive financial planning, practice management and paraplanning knowledge,” he said.
Ms Van-Gasteren said her role will involve working as part of the Elders distribution team as well as advisers and their staff to provide support and coaching.
Mr Beaven said this is just one of many changes Elders will be announcing over the next two months.
