Taking place on 28 and 29 October, the Client Experience Workshop equips you with the essential skills and knowledge to provide the best possible experience to your clients.

Brought to you by ifa and principal partner Netwealth, this event will see industry experts dive into the latest consumer data and reveal key findings that will help attendees to cement their current client relationships, drive new ones and carve out a clear competitive advantage.

Speakers announced so far include Forte Asset Solutions’ Steve Prendeville and 9ROK Consulting’s Kim Payne.

“As the industry continues to undergo massive transformation, and consumer preferences change as a result of the COVID-19 ‘new normal’, it’s critical for advisers to keep on top of what their clients want in order to better target their value proposition,” ifa editor Sarah Kendell said.

“This year’s Client Experience Summit will explore how clients have been interacting with advisers during the crisis and what this means for the way advisers should structure and market their services in the coming year and beyond.”

“Netwealth is excited to be the principal partner of the ifa Client Experience Workshop, an event which should provide wealth professionals an opportunity to challenge the way they think about engaging their clients, Netwealth joint managing director Matt Heine said.

“With the shock of COVID-19, people have embraced digital experiences more than ever – from record growth in home shopping, home health and video conferencing – the way we engage with people and companies will never be the same.

“As Netwealth continues to invest in our technology, we remain as focused as ever on delivering exceptional client experiences to both wealth professionals and their clients. It is for this reason we are delighted to work with ifa on this event.”
