BGL managing director Ron Lesh said the integration will enable users of AdviserLogic to authorise the software firm to extract data from Simple Fund 360.

“AdviserLogic has a suite of software products built to assist financial advisers, licensees, brokers, corporate authorised representatives, software providers and AFSL holders to prosper,” said Mr Lesh.

AdviserLogic chief executive Daniel Gara said AdviserLogic is committed to its direct data feed product DataLogic, which has now grown to include dozens of platforms, fund managers, stock brokers and insurers.

“Adding BGL’s Simple Fund 360 allows us to offer a comprehensive data set that we know our AFSL and adviser clients will appreciate,” said Mr Gara.

This is were the regulator seems to be at odds. If someone is banned that ban should also include never to operate in the industry again. He is simply profiting in a different way with a dodgy technology offer. Misleading or not??

Agree in total. Really poorly managed and the MD Daniel Gara once banned by ASIC for misleading advice.

I can see that ASIC banning order now for misleading advice. Would of saved myself a lot of heartache and dollars had I known.
