TAL’s adviser education program launches

The Australian life insurer’s annual TAL Risk Academy program has officially launched for 2022.

TAL’s program, which first began in 2015, offers over 80 on-demand and live courses with a focus on areas including income protection, growing your business, professional year and businesses insurance.

“Now in its eighth year, we’re really proud to continue offering and evolving the TAL Risk Academy with flexible courses that are aligned to advisers’ current education needs,” TAL general manager, retail distribution individual life, Niall McConville, said.

“We’re here to support new entrants through their professional year and guide experienced advisers through product changes and implementing new strategies, and we’ll be adding even more courses through the year.”

Advisers can participate in four courses that include advice skills and training, business management, education and professionalism and professional year.

Since its inception, over 13,500 advisers have registered for the TAL Risk Academy that has provided more than 85,000 CPD hours.

Advisers can enrol for the academy now.
