Elemnta targets advice capacity with new ‘Adviser Workbench’

nta has announced the official launch of “Adviser Workbench”, a solution it claims can help address the advice capacity crisis.

According to Elemnta, the platform can help cut admin workloads by up to 90 per cent, with the firm explaining that the platform will act as a “central engine” for firms, consolidating transactions and workflows into a single environment.

“By automating high-volume, low-value administrative tasks, Adviser Workbench frees capacity for advisers to refocus on client service, business growth and long-term profitability,” Elemnta said.

The company highlighted that the launch of the platform comes as the financial sector faces “unprecedented” strain. Rising compliance obligations and growing administrative workloads are stretching the traditional advice model, leaving many practices struggling to keep pace.

According to research conducted by Elemnta and Marshan Consulting, advisers are now spending over 50 per cent of their time on product administration, limiting their ability to scale and meet client demand.

This comes as demand for advice continues to surge, with a widening gap forming between client needs and industry capacity.

“Practices are being forced to spend more time on administration than on advising clients. We created the Adviser Workbench to address this,” said Shaun Green, CEO of Elemnta.

“It’s not an incremental improvement; it’s an operational leap that enables platforms to turn a practice’s biggest cost centre into its greatest competitive advantage.”

Elemnta elaborated that in the current advice landscape, efficiency gains have become the “decisive factor” in firm growth and sustainability, but many practices remain tied up in fragmented systems, manual data entry and time-consuming processes.

They claim that among the potential 90 per cent reduction in administrative workloads, the new workbench can also drive the much-needed efficiency firms need as well as enhance client experiences.

“True transformation isn’t about ripping and replacing systems, it’s about making what you have work brilliantly.

“Our modular design provides the fastest and safest path to modernisation, delivering a near-immediate return on investment,” Green said.

Elemnta also explained the metrics of the system: “This architecture is built on an enterprise-grade foundation, with ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type 1 and 2 certifications, ensuring institutional partners can have the highest confidence in the platform’s security, resilience and compliance.”

It added that due to being run by its middleware architecture, the workbench will enhance rather than replace existing technology stacks, allowing institutional partners to adopt next-gen automation and AI-ready capabilities “without the cost, risk and disruption of a full ‘re-platforming’ project”.
