The listed financial services group has appointed a new general manager of life insurance and promoted its current operations head to lead its wealth management business.
In a statement to the market on Tuesday, ClearView said it had appointed current head of OnePath propositions and group life Gerard Kerr as its new general manager – life insurance.
The group said Mr Kerr would join the business in his new role in February 2021.
Additionally, ClearView said current general manager of people and operations Deborah Lowe would transition into the role of general manager of the group's wealth management arm.
The group had also recruited former RGA Australian chief operating officer Nadine Gooderick as its new general manager of transformation, effective 2 November.
ClearView said it would provide further details of the new management appointments, which were "consistent of the structural realignment of the business", at its AGM on 12 November.
