Specialist insurance company PPS Mutual has recruited a former Zurich regional sales manager to be its new senior business development manager in NSW and the ACT.
Stuart Meyers has taken the role, reporting to Sabrina Walmsley, the state manager for both states.
Mr Meyers will be responsible for supporting Ms Walmsley and the PPS Mutual proposition among advisers in both states.
He has joined the company after 11 years as regional manager, sales for Zurich Australia. Previously, he held business development roles at Royal & Sun Alliance and ING Australia.
Ms Walmsley commented that in order to continue PPS Mutual’s momentum after four years of growth and to add value to the advice community, the company needed a candidate who could match its energy and is committed to the industry.
Mr Meyers said he was excited to be part of the growing team at PPS Mutual.
