An exclusive survey has revealed that Australian advice clients find loyalty, engagement and education to be the major issues in financial advice practices.
The survey, undertaken by Momentum Intelligence, surveyed over 1,000 ifa clients to find out what they are saying about the services provided to them.
The research will be unveiled exclusively for attendees at the free ifa Client Experience Workshop to be hosted in September.
Each session at this half-day event will reveal critical findings about the experience and deliver practical actions that advisers can take to provide better client outcomes.
The 6 September event is a chance to understand what is driving client attitudes and to identify new markets by understanding the attitudes of non-adviser Australians.
CPD points are available for attendance as you aid your career development with interactive and practical learning opportunities.
The event is followed by the ifa Excellence Awards, which is an unparalleled opportunity to be recognised at a local, state and national level.
