ClearView has appointed Kathryn Williamson to the newly-minted position of head of distribution strategy, overseeing development of the company’s adviser engagement.
Ms Williamson was previously ClearView’s state manager for NSW and the ACT, and in her new role will support the business’ life insurance and wealth management solutions through a range of distribution initiatives.
ClearView general manager distribution Christopher Blaxland-Walker said Ms Williamson was a good fit for the new role.
“She is ideally-positioned and qualified to help drive and execute ClearView’s ongoing distribution strategy,” he said.
“For the past four years, Kathryn has excelled as state manager NSW/ACT, building and managing a high-calibre team and taking our flagship life insurance product, LifeSolutions, to the IFA market,” Mr Blaxland-Walker added.
Ms Willliamson will continue reporting to Mr Blaxland-Walker.
