A former AMP executive has joined the ranks of Synchron as the dealer group’s new state manager for South Australia and the Northern Territory.
Chris Regenass was previously head of financial planning for South Australia and the Northern Territory for AMP's various dealer groups before taking on the new role with Synchron.
“Chris has developed excellent relationships and built an impressive network of contacts over his long career in the financial services industry, and has engaged extensively with industry associations,” said Synchron director Don Trapnell.
The dealer group also confirmed the departure of former SA and NT state manager Sheridan Wright, who has resigned to accept a senior management position with Perpetual.
“We welcome Chris to the Synchron team and wish Sheridan all the best in her new role,” Mr Trapnell said.
“[Mr Regenass] shares the same proactive, collaborative and constructive approach we take at Synchron and we are confident he is the ideal person to build on the excellent work already undertaken by Sheridan.”
