Shadia Kouzma has been appointed as state manager for Victoria and Tasmania and will report directly to director of distribution Brian Pillemer, PPS Mutual said in a statement.
Before joining the insurer, Ms Kouzma spent nine years in both business development and practice support roles with ANZ Wealth and OnePath, including the last five years as a business development manager (insurance).
“Shadia’s wide understanding of the financial advice industry and proven ability to build and maintain relationships makes her a valued addition to the PPS Mutual team,” Mr Pillemer said.
“We are confident that her experience will be an asset as we continue to grow our exclusive partnerships with a select group of high-quality financial advisers.”
Last year, PPS Mutual brought on Richard Hopwood as its Queensland state manager while Sabrina Sequeira-Walmsley was appointed NSW state manager.
