Hearne will begin with Integro on Monday 6 July, and will join the firm alongside two new senior technical associates, a team leader covering both client services and paraplanning and several new interns.

Integro said these appointments will help bolster its capabilities and reach amid an ongoing national expansion, which has included several partnerships and mergers, most recently with Lighthouse Capital Southwest in Western Australia.

The firm also appointed its first Melbourne based adviser, Daniel Secatore, in May.

As stated by the firm, the appointment of Hearne brings more than three decades of experiences across banking, finance, accounting and operations to Integro. In particular, Hearne has a background in governance, compliance and stakeholder engagement.

“She will play a key role in supporting Integro’s service delivery and internal processes as the firm continues to scale,” the firm said.

Hearne joins Integro from Central Desert Native Title Services, where she held a senior client services leadership role overseeing team management, strategy execution and service delivery. She previously served as operations manager, native title, at Perpetual, with responsibility for governance and compliance across the national business.

Justin Gilmour, managing partner of Integro Private Wealth, said Hearne’s appointment reflects the firm’s continued investment in strengthening its operational capabilities as it pursues its national growth strategy.

“As Integro continues to expand nationally, it is critical that we continue to strengthen our internal capabilities to ensure we are delivering a consistent and high-quality experience for our clients,” he said.

“Marilyn brings a wealth of operational expertise across governance, compliance and client service, which will be invaluable as the business continues to grow and evolve.”

He added that her appointment is part of a broader suite of new hires across all levels of the firm in order to meet growing client demand.

“We are seeing strong client growth from an increasing number of Australians wanting access to more sophisticated investment opportunities and financial advice that’s backed by detailed analytics. These new appointments, led by Marilyn, will allow us to cater for this growing demand.”

Hearne said she is excited to join a growing business.

“Integro has built a strong reputation for delivering personalised financial advice and maintaining a client-first approach. I’m looking forward to contributing to the firm’s continued national growth by helping develop strong operational processes to ensure clients receive a consistently high level of service.”
