Headquartered in Brisbane, Future Wealth Parters offers financial advice, lending and accounting services across three Queensland offices in Bayside, Gold Coast and Brisbane.
The group is led by chief executive Tim Benson, alongside founder Trevor Benson, head of lending Matt Evans, and head of accounting Will Clark, who is also a partner with the group.
Based in Noosa, north of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, The Firm offers accounting, taxation, business advice and company secretarial management and advice services.
Following the acquisition, Rick Glacken is set to retire from The Firm with Dan Kelly taking over operations.
Future Wealth Partners said in a LinkedIn post: “From day one, clients will benefit from a broader service proposition through access to in-house private wealth and lending specialists, while continuing to receive the trusted accounting advice they have always valued.
“We look forward to working with Dan and the team as we continue building a leading integrated professional services firm focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients, staff and shareholders.”
With this addition, Future Wealth Partners now has nine in its accounting arm, in addition to five financial advisers and three in lending and broking.
Earlier this month, Centrepoint Alliance announced the acquisition of both the client book and servicing advisers from Queensland-based Cairns Wealth and Pinnacle Wealth, both of which operate within the Astute network, expanding its salaried advice business.
Cairns Wealth advisers will now operate from the Astute office in Cairns while those from Pinnacle Wealth will be integrated into Centrepoint’s Brisbane office.
Meanwhile, Coastal Advice Group acquired two advice firms in April, Capital Focused and True Journey Financial Planning, solidifying its foothold in Queensland and strengthening its digital capabilities.
