Jacqui’s role is to lead the design and implementation of customer experience within the organisation, embedding the customer centricity as part of the organisational culture, and to develop products which are suitable and desirable for the market.
Jacqui possesses a strong Customer Experience background, and has 20 years experience in financial services. She has successfully led teams who had responsibility from ideation and customer research phases to product development, execution and delivery.
Jacqui previously held key Executive roles in Product Design and Strategy at IRESS Ltd, as well as key roles with Macquarie Group across Client Experience, Strategy and Investments and Advisory.
Jacqui holds a Masters of Criminology, Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney. She also holds a Masters of Business and Technology (2003) from the University of NSW, and attended the Stanford University, Customer Focused Innovation | School Bootcamp.
