BlueRock has announced the appointment of Lyle Meaney and Trent McCamley to its executive team in an expansion of the firm’s wealth offering.

Mr Meaney, who has more than 25 years of experience in both public and private practice, has been named as BlueRock’s executive managing partner (EMP) of wealth.

In this role, he will be responsible for leading the investments and wealth strategy of the group including the delivery of financial advisory, estate planning, and life insurance services.

According to BlueRock, Mr Meaney’s industry experience and expertise will be instrumental in helping it to achieve its goals and drive its business forward.

Meanwhile, Mr McCamley joins the multidisciplinary advisory firm with over 20 years of wealth management experience. He has previously worked as an adviser and in senior management positions, most recently as the founder of the McCamley Investment Group.

BlueRock said that the new appointments represented a pivotal point in its growth. The firm indicated that it is dialling up its global growth strategy to service SME business owners in every aspect of their business and family life.

“We are excited to have Lyle and Trent join the team at BlueRock to lead our investments and wealth strategy across the firm,” commented BlueRock founder Peter Lalor.

“They both bring a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to BlueRock’s existing wealth management practices, challenging the status quo and driving the company to adopt new approaches for our clients in a rapidly changing financial services landscape.”

The new appointments add to the capability and experience of BlueRock’s managing director of investments, Jarrod Broadbent, whose team joined the firm in July 2021 following a merger between BlueRock and his company Broadbent Financial.

The firm also noted that the new structure will provide its managing director of private wealth, Adam Morse, the opportunity to focus on the delivery of its family office services. As a result, BlueRock said that it is now in a strong position to offer end-to-end financial advisory and investment management.
